Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Please Note | Due to the hand stamped nature of each piece, there may be a uniqueness and slight variation that makes it a piece of art.  S&F will stamp as closely to perfection as able and only provide you with the best work.  

Materials | All tools and supplies are locally sourced and purchased from within the United States.  Many S&F materials are purchased from other small businesses.  Each piece is delicately created and stamped by Lindsey Warren.  

Packaging | Each piece will be placed on a lovely piece of S&F branded card stock. Please keep the pieces on their cards in your store.

Production Time | Production time varies with each order, but please allow for at least 2-4 weeks. S&F will work extremely hard to have your order to you before these estimated times and as quickly as possible.  Production time may change during the holiday season.   

Prices | Suggested MSRP is the wholesale cost times two. Prices are subject to change at any time.   

Shipping | Orders will be shipped via 1-3 Day Priority Mail via USPS. Orders will be trackable and protected with insurance. The retailer is responsible for shipping costs which will be included in the initial invoice. 

Returns/ Cancellations | Returns are only accepted if the pieces are damaged or broken, within 7 days of delivery.  Orders are final once they are placed.
